The medical records request must have specific date(s) of incident(s) and location(s) of incident(s), we will not search all our records for all incidents for the patient, not all records are digital, some are still paper and that makes searching nearly impossible without a date.
We DO NOT BILL, so don’t call us about BILLS received or looking for a BILL to submit to your insurance, we don’t BILL for our services!
